Machon Method Daily Exercises:

  1. Read or listen to something inspirational or spiritual each day.
  2. Write down and journal one thing you are thankful for (or more if you’d like).
  3. Practice meditation – quiet the mind. (This is developed through practice) Don’t over think it, start with as little as 1 min and grow from there.
  4. Catch and correct yourself!  Break the habit of negative self-talking.  Retrain your brain to be compassionate with your soul.
  5. Be of service!!!
